Tropical Fish Card 3
It was hard picking up where I left off. This is card number 3 of 4 in my Tropical Fish collection. It has been months since I have posted, or even yet, did an art piece.
This medium is very relaxing. Also, one that you can pick up your tools and go anywhere with it..no water, no mess to clean up.
You can start with a light sketch on your paper
and and then use the colored pencil by shading in
the colors, highlighting and shading as you go.
